These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Monibox mobile application ("Monibox", the "App") provided by Umut Deniz Doğan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Monibox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Monibox. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Monibox for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute the App; use it for unlawful purposes; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Your data and content

Monibox is a budgeting tool. You enter your own financial information (income, expenses, budgets, categories, etc.). You own the content you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored and synchronized using our cloud infrastructure so it is available across your devices. Monibox does not connect to your bank or financial accounts; all data is entered manually by you.

4. Not financial advice

Monibox is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any budgets, summaries, charts, or insights shown in the App are for your personal reference and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. For advice tailored to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Monibox require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store, and payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements.

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing; they renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Subscriptions.
  • Prices and available plans may change; we will give notice where required, and price changes affecting existing subscribers are subject to Apple's rules and your consent where required.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Monibox to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; interfere with the App's operation or security; or misuse the service in any way. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Monibox, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by Umut Deniz Doğan and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Third-party services

Monibox relies on third-party services, including Apple and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

Monibox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umut Deniz Doğan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Monibox. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Monibox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY, TURKEY] shall have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

14. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and Umut Deniz Doğan only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Any support questions should be directed to us at udenizdogan@gmail.com.
  • In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
