Delete your
Monibox account

You can permanently delete your Monibox account and the data linked to it at any time. Do it directly in the app, or send us a request below if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete in the app

  1. 1Open Monibox and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete account and confirm.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in details (email or Apple ID identifier)
  • All transactions, budgets, categories, notes and savings goals
  • Shared wallet memberships and synced data on our servers

What we may keep

  • Purchase and invoice records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, for up to 10 years
  • Anonymized, non-identifying diagnostics that can no longer be linked to you

Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days of your request. Backups are overwritten within the same period.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it from your store account settings to avoid future charges.
